High protein ulundhu appalams that are a perfect combination with vathal kuzhambhu rice. This can be eaten as a snack, roasted, deep fried or heated in the microwave.
Frying Instructions
Heat 1 cup oil in a large kadai. Heat in medium temprature. Never smoky hot. Carefully drop 1 piece of Thaligai Ulundhu Appalam and press done until they expand. Flip and pour hot oil over them untill all the sides are fried evenly. Serve with Variety rice of your choice or Simply along with Tea or Coffee.
Microwave TIP: Can be microwaved for 1 minute in 900 W power setting. Turn the vadam over in 30 seconds for better and even cooking
