அரிசி கூழ் வடாம்
Ingredients: Rice, Sago, Green Chilli, Cumin, Asafoetida, Salt
Sundried long, thin rice based vadams prepared carefully to perfection and ready to fry. Serve along with puliyodharai or variety rice or just enjoy as a snack along with tea.
Frying Instructions
Heat 1 cup oil in a large kadai. Heat in medium temprature. Never smoky hot. Carefully drop 2 or thre pieces of Thaligai Arisi Koozh Vadam and press done until they expand. Flip and pour hot oil over them untill all the sides are fried evenly. Serve with Variety rice of your choice or Simply along with Tea or Coffee.
Microwave TIP: Can be microwaved for 1 minute in 900 W power setting. Turn the vadam over in 30 seconds for better and even cooking.
