ஓம்பொடி வடாம்
Ingredients: Rice, Sago, Green Chilli, Cumin, Asafoetida, Salt
Light and crisp that is perfect to accompany puliyodharai or lemon rice.
Frying Instructions
Heat 1 cup oil in a large kadai. Heat in medium temprature. Never smoky hot. Carefully drop 2 to 3 pieces of Thaligai Omapodi Vadam and press on them with a frying ladle until they expand. Flip and pour hot oil over them untill all the sides are fried evenly. Serve with Variety rice of your choice or Simply along with tea or coffee.
Microwave TIP: Can be microwaved for 1 minute in 900 W power setting. Turn the vadam over in 30 seconds for better and even cooking.
