Desiccated coconut and spice blend. Best enjoyed on its own with hot ghee rice but can also be added to curries and vegetables.

TRADITIONAL THENGAI PODI SAADHAM
Serving Directions (serves 4)
To four cups of hot cooked rice, add 4 tsp of ghee and 4 tbsp of Thaligai Thengai Podi. Serve hot with vegetables or roasted appalam.
TIP: With Thaligai Thengai Podi, you can make a quick thengai thuvaiyal. To 4 tbsp of thengai podi add 4-5 tbsp of hot water. Mix well or grind in the mixer for for a smoother consistency. Serve with cooked rice or idly/dosa.
Extra TIP: Once regular sambar has been made, garnish with 1 tsp roasted thengai podi for extra flavor.
